In response to the new normal, the Office of Student Services (OSS) conducted the quarterly e-Kumustahan between the PNU NL administration and the students as represented by the Student Government officers and class officers. E-Kumustahan was held once in a quarter; February 17, 2021 for the first quarter and May 19, 2021 for the second quarter both via Zoom

       E-Kumustahan aimed to serve as a venue for open communication between the students and the administration as well as to develop good relationship between them. Likewise, on the part of the student officers and administration, the activity reminded them of their sense of responsibility towards their fellow students and for the latter, of how students’ concerns can be addressed. “

       This e-kumustahan enlightens me so much. I’ve realized the importance of having good communication with the teachers and students to be clarified with all the requirements and discussions. Lahat tayo ay nahihirapan, lahat tayo ay nag-aadjust sa new normal kaya dapat lang na magtulungan tayo. We meet in halfways para lahat tayo ay hindi mahirap at maging makabuluhan ang bagong sistema ng ating pag-aaral,” one student-attendee quipped. The PNU NL administration, on the other hand, assured the students that the University is doing its best to reach out to students and is very much willing to hear students’ concerns but also appealed to the students to do their part as everyone is adjusting to the new normal.

       Initiated by the Office of Student Services (OSS) with the cooperation of Student Government officers, e-Kumustahan was well attended by 100 class officers and university officials. Meanwhile, OSS also conducted e-Kumustahan between parents and University officials on June 19, 2021, 9:00 A.M.
