Philippine Normal University North Luzon successfully conducted its Planning Workshop for OPCR/PAPS 2026 on September 2โ€“3, 2025, at Samโ€™s Mountain View Resort and Hotel. The activity aimed to reinforce the institutionโ€™s commitment to effective planning and alignment of priorities across all units and domains.

The two-day workshop gathered Campus Officials, the Torch Publication representatives, and a Student Government Representative, underscoring the collaborative nature of the planning process. Discussions focused on ensuring that academic and operational initiatives are aligned with campus-wide priorities, supported by data-driven insights, and efficiently resourced to achieve targeted outcomes.

Key agenda items included the reporting of OPCR accomplishments for Januaryโ€“July 2025, review of the recalibrated OPCR for Julyโ€“December 2025, budget preparation for 2026, and planning and approval of PAPS 2026. Through this activity, PNU North Luzon reaffirmed its dedication to accountability, resource optimization, and sustainable development anchored on its mission to provide quality education and service to stakeholders.
