The Office of the Executive Director and Provost (OEDP) is responsible for the management and operation of the Campus. The Executive Director function is related to the overall administrative and financial concerns while the Provost function is related to the overall academic concerns of the Campus.

Under the OEDP are three (3) major core units: Office of the Director of Administration, Finance, and Planning (ODAFP); Office of the Dean of Academics and the Hub (ODAH); and Office of the Director of Research, Extension, Quality Assurance, and Development (ODREQAD). Under each office are units that perform specific functions.

Given the limitations in the physical and human resources of PNU South Luzon, it will implement a modified organizational structure with fewer units as well as fewer teaching personnel with administrative functions.

The Campus is headed by the EDP, who is designated by the PNU President.
