The Roots of the Sierra tree-growing activity, led by Philippine Normal University North Luzon in collaboration with RIPENET Inc. and WomEnvironment Society, with the support of the Provincial Government of Isabela through the Isabela Coastal Development Office and Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office, is dedicated to rehabilitating degraded forest areas in the Sierra Madre through native tree planting.
