The Administration, Finance, and Planning (AFP) Domain held its first meeting for 2026 on January 7 at the EDP Conference Room, led by Dr. Madonna C. Gonzales, Director for Administration, Finance, and Planning. The meeting aimed to set a strong and purposeful momentum for the year and prepare support units in implementing PAPS 2026.

Unit Heads presented the PAPS 2026 for Q1–Q2, aligning unit plans with campus priorities. This was followed by a workshop facilitated by Dr. Gonzales, where participants proposed innovative solutions to unit challenges using the 5 Whys approach.

Mr. Richard Guiab, Head of the Human Resource Management and Development Unit (HRMDU), also shared key reminders on human resource policies and procedures.

The meeting reinforced collaboration, innovation, and accountability in support of the university’s goals for 2026.
