The Administration, Finance, and Planning (AFP) Domain held its Mid-Year Quarter 3 Domain Meeting on August 18, 2026, at the EDP Conference Room, bringing together administrative staff for a focused review of PAPS implementation and operational performance.

The meeting highlighted the review of OPCR and IPCR accomplishments, performance gaps, and corresponding action plans, with emphasis on timely submission of DTRs, reports, and other deliverables. The staff also assessed office risks and opportunities through COTO and identified measures to address concerns involving procurement, recruitment, health initiatives, and information security.
