Philippine Normal University North Luzon strengthened its engagement in gender-responsive research as Dr. Raquel R. Geronimo and Ms. Audrey M. Cortez participated in the Regional Seminar-Training on Gender Research held on September 9–10, 2026, at the Claude Andrews Convention Center, Cagayan State University–Andrews Campus, Tuguegarao City.

Organized by the Regional Gender and Development Committee–Region II (RGAD Committee-II) through the Regional Gender and Development–Research and Learning Center (RGAD-RLC), the two-day training brought together faculty researchers, government representatives, administrative staff, GAD focal persons, and community partners from across Region II.
