both 3rd-year BPHEd students of the Philippine Normal University North Luzon, representing the Municipality of Alicia – Pagay Festival ‘Balitok ti Alicia’ for winning 2nd Place in the Bambanti Festival King and Queen – Category A.

Pagay Festival ‘Balitok ti Alicia’ for achieving the overall 2nd Runner-up in the Bambanti Festival 2023. They also emerged as champions in the Showdown Competition and earned 2nd place in the Street Dance Competition, both in Category A. Well-deserved victories!
