The day began with a Thanksgiving Mass at 8:00 AM with, a solemn gathering to express gratitude for the universityโs accomplishments. The Convocation Ceremony followed at 9:00 AM, setting the tone for a meaningful celebration.
One of the key moments of the event was the Presentation of New Employees and Staff, led by Dr. Madonna C. Gonzales, Director for Administration, Finance, and Planning, followed by musical and dance performances by the PNUNL Kalibnusan Chorale, the Danggaayan Cultural Group (advised by Dr. Jane N. Cariaga), and the Saniweng Rondalla, under Prof. Susan T. Depiedraโs direction.
The Awarding Ceremony, spearheaded by Dr. Jane N. Cariaga, recognized individuals who have made significant contributions to the universityโs growth and development.

The programโs highlight was the address from the Guest of Honor and Speaker, Adonis C. Ceperez, EdD, CESE, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent from the Schools Division Office of Nueva Vizcaya, accentuating the importance of innovation, adaptability, and sustained excellence in education.
A Community Dance, led by Prof. Apolonio P. Espiritu Jr., showcased PNUNLโs deep-rooted cultural appreciation and the role of arts in holistic education. Dr. Jandy S. Danzalan, Director for Research, Extension, Quality Assurance, and Development, delivered the Closing Remarks, encapsulating the universityโs journey and aspirations.
In the afternoon, the spirit of camaraderie and tradition took center stage with โLaro ng Lahi,โ an event led by the PEMS Club and Student Government Officers, promoting Filipino heritage through indigenous games, which was participated by all the members of the faculty and staff, and the students.
