The Administrative Services and Management Unit (ASMU) is responsible for ensuring a healthy and conducive learning and working environment through the provision of service requirements of all Campus academic and administrative units in support of their respective performance targets. It provides responsive and quality customer service to the students, faculty members, and administrative staff.

ASMU has the following functions:

  1. Analyzes internal processes and make recommendations to implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records;
  2. Coordinates the support service units of the Campus;
  3. Prepares and reviews operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
  4. Plans, administers, and controls budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies;
  5. Conducts training and workshops update all personnel regarding existing processes;
  6. Oversees the disposal of surplus or unclaimed properties; and
  7. Ensures the smooth transition from procurement process to implementation process.
