Designed at outlining strategies and programs under the Priority Activities and Projects (PAPS) for 2026, Philippine Normal University North Luzon campus steered a two-day strategic planning workshop on April 14-15, 2026.
The three campus domainsβOffice of the Academics and the Hub (ODAH), Office of the Finance, Administration, and Planning (OFAP), and the Office of Research Quality Assurance (ODREQAD) conducted focused workshops separately, fostering in-depth discussions tailored to their specific areas of responsibility.
The three offices delivered their Quarter 1 Accomplishment Report, presenting achievements and progress made during the first quarter of the year, which provided valuable context and insights for the planning discussions for each domain during the breakout session.
The collaborative results of the respective sessions provided the faculty and staff a chance for feedback, which allowed for collective comments and suggestions to refine the plans further and ensure alignment with institutional goals.
Meanwhile, the last session delved on the presentation of the Educational Operations Management System (EOMS) led by ODREQAD , focusing on the process flows of the respective offices.
The said planning workshop serves as a grounding point in the university’s current trajectory, paving the way for strategic, evidence-based planning for the future.
