The Philippine Normal University North Luzon (PNUNL) made history with the inaugural Launching and Unveiling of Campus Journals and REQAD Publications, held on October 8, 2025, at the 4th Floor Innovation Hub Building in Alicia, Isabela. This landmark event affirms PNU North Luzonโs enduring commitment to research excellence, innovation, and the continual advancement of teacher education and living traditions.
Spearheaded by the Office of Research, Extension, Quality Assurance, and Development (REQAD), the event featured the symbolic unveiling of the journal covers in both printed and digital formats, formally introducing the publications on the universityโs website. The success of this activity reflects the dedication and scholarly rigor of the editorial boards and contributors who have worked collectively to uphold the standards of academic publication.
The launch introduced three pioneering journals:

These publications serve as vital platforms for disseminating scholarly works that advance the discourse on indigenous education, community engagement, and teacher professional development. They embody the universityโs vision of bridging research and practice in support of culturally responsive and inclusive education.
A major highlight of the program was the participation of authors whose papers were successfully published in the journals, both onsite and via Zoom. Their research contributions significantly enrich the fields of Living Traditions and Teacher Education, reflecting PNU North Luzonโs enduring mission to nurture scholarship that transforms communities and sustains cultural heritage.
In her message, Dr. Marie Paz E. Morales, Director of the Publications Office at PNU Manila, emphasized that publishing scholarly work is Meanwhile, Dr. Jandy S.
