Kalinga State University (KSU) conducted a benchmarking visit today March 7, 2025 at Philippine Normal University North Luzon (PNU-NL) to enhance its Teacher Education Program and institutional best practices.

Dr. Agnes S. Reyes, Executive Director and Provost of PNU-NL, welcomed the KSU delegation and emphasized the value of collaboration in strengthening teacher education. “This initiative fosters knowledge-sharing to improve academic and research capabilities,” she stated.

Led by Dr. Maria Cyrila C. Bawer, Dean of Teacher Education, the KSU team engaged in discussions with PNU-NL officials on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and research management in teacher education.

Dr. Bawer expressed appreciation for the insights gained, noting that the exchange will help refine KSU’s Teacher Education Program. The event concluded with a commitment to future collaborations in research and faculty development.
