The Management Information Systems Unit (MISU) conducted a Capability Building Training on ๐๐ญ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ค๐ฉ๐ข๐ณ๐ต ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ถ๐ด๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ง๐ช๐ค๐ฆ & ๐๐ช๐จ๐ช๐ต๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ญ๐ด ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐จ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐บ๐ฃ๐ณ๐ช๐ฅ ๐ก๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฎ ๐๐ฆ๐ด๐ด๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ด on December 5, 2025, at the Multi-Purpose Hall.
The program opened with a prayer led by ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ก๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฏ๐๐ฌ and National Anthem via avp, followed by welcome remarks from ๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ฒ. ๐๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ ๐. ๐๐ฅ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ข๐จ, Head of the Financial Unit.
๐๐ซ. ๐๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ก๐ฎ๐ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐จ๐, MISU Coordinator, delivered the Training Overview and Objectives, emphasizing the importance of clear workflow documentation and effective hybrid meeting setups.
First session was led by ๐๐ซ. ๐๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ก๐ฎ๐ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐จ๐, who guided participants through practical techniques in creating clear, accurate, and professional flowcharts. He highlighted how process mapping supports compliance, workflow clarity, and faster decision-making. Participants used their Operational Manuals as the main reference for hands-on exercises.
For the second session, Mr. Mutoc provided a comprehensive discussion on preparing, hosting, and moderating hybrid meetings using Zoom. The session emphasized best practices in equipment setup, participant engagement, and troubleshootingโensuring smoother and more effective online-onsite collaboration.
Participants later presented their outputs, showcasing their improved understanding of both workflow visualization and hybrid meeting management.
