The Philippine Normal University North Luzon (PNUNL), in partnership with the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) – Isabela Provincial Office, conducted the Indigenous Political Structure (IPS) Documentation Validation for the Agta Indigenous Cultural Community of Dinapigue, Isabela from August 5–7, 2026.

This initiative forms part of the continuing collaboration and partnership between PNUNL and NCIP in strengthening Indigenous Cultural Communities (ICCs) through research and extension programs. Timed with the observance of International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples, the activity underscores PNUNL’s commitment to advancing indigenous knowledge systems and promoting cultural integrity in education and governance.
