Alicia, Isabela, June 26, 2026 – The Philippine Normal University North Luzon (PNU North Luzon) warmly welcomed its newest students through a day filled with tradition, guidance, and student engagement during the conduct of Panangsarabo, the First-Year Orientation, and Panagayab, marking the official start of the freshmen’s journey in the University.
