The Philippine Normal University North Luzon (PNUNL) proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of Stephen Marc Talaver Lontoc, a 4th year BECED student, who secured 3rd Place in the Solo Violin Category at the prestigious PASUC National Culture and the Arts Festival on April 10, 2026, at the Cultural Center of West Visayas State University.

Representing Region II, Stephen delivered a captivating performance of Iduyan Mo by Ryan Cayabyab. He was trained and prepared by his coach and accompanist, Prof. John Jerry Francisco. This national gathering of student artists from state universities and colleges showcases excellence in culture and the arts, where his performance stood out among the country’s finest.
